All ticketholders at Super Jersey Comic Expo must agree to the terms below, outlined on this page. By booking a space at Super Jersey Comic Expo 2025, you will hereby willingly agree to these terms.

Super Jersey Comic Expo 2025 Ticketholder Terms and Conditions

Nuff Sed Events, LLC (“Nuff Sed”) is pleased to welcome attendees (“Ticketholder” or “Attendee”) to Super Jersey Comic Expo (SJCE), taking place at The Dome at Adventure Crossing on April 26 & 27, 2025. By purchasing or using an admission ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).
1. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending SJCE, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or exposure to illnesses.

Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuff Sed Events, LLC, The Dome at Adventure Crossing, and their respective employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from any claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from Attendee’s participation in SJCE.

SJCE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Attendees must safeguard their personal belongings at all times.
2. Ticket Policy: Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation or rescheduling.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for guest cancellations or schedule changes.

Tickets for autographs, photo ops, and ancillary programs may only be refunded if the specific event or guest is canceled by SJCE.
Ticket Transfers & Upgrades

Tickets may be transferred to another individual by submitting a verified request via the Ticket Transfer Request page before the deadline.

Attendees may upgrade their ticket by visiting the Ticket Upgrade Request page, subject to availability.
3. Event Conduct & Safety Regulations
-
Aisles and exits must remain clear at all times. Items blocking walkways are a fire hazard and will be removed.

Any theft, vandalism, or illegal activity will result in immediate ejection from SJCE without refund and possible notification of law enforcement.

Damage to the venue or property will be the financial responsibility of the responsible party.
4. Prohibited Items & Conduct
SJCE reserves the right to remove any attendee for violating the following rules:
🚫 Banned Items:

Weapons (realistic or functional) – This includes firearms, sharp blades, projectile weapons, and any item that could cause harm.

Offensive materials – Clothing, props, or signs containing explicit, racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise inappropriate imagery or language.

Counterfeit tickets or unauthorized resales – Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers will be invalid.

Outside food and beverages – Unless medically necessary, outside food/drinks are not permitted.

Harassment of any kind, including unwanted photography, touching, or verbal abuse.

Disrupting panels, performances, or guest interactions.

Unauthorized solicitation of vendors or guests for outside events.
5. Cosplay & Photography Policy

"Cosplay is Not Consent" – SJCE enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment of cosplayers or any attendee.

Photography & Video – Attendees must ask permission before photographing or recording individuals.

SJCE reserves the right to use event photos/videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
6. Attendee Responsibilities & Show Floor Access

General Admission entry begins at 10:00 AM daily.

VIP ticket holders may enter the event at 9:00 AM daily.

Attendees must wear their official wristband or badge at all times. Lost badges will not be replaced.

Attendees are prohibited from soliciting vendors, guests, or exhibitors for other events without prior written approval from SJCE management.
7. Agreement & Governing Law

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Nuff Sed and the Attendee and supersedes all prior representations, oral or written.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By purchasing, holding, or using an admission ticket to Super Jersey Comic Expo 2025, Attendee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Super Jersey Comic Expo 2025 Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 4, 2025
Nuff Sed Events, LLC (“Nuff Sed”) is pleased to offer digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) for use at Super Jersey Comic Expo (SJCE), to be held at The Dome at Adventure Crossing on April 26 & 27, 2025. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase, use, and limitations of Gift Cards.
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you (“Holder” or “Attendee”) agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use a Gift Card.
1. Expiration and Validity
Gift Cards are valid only for the event year in which they are purchased and expire at the close of the final show day of that year’s event.
For example, a Gift Card purchased on March 1, 2025, will be valid until April 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
Unused balances will expire and cannot be carried over to future events or redeemed for cash or credit.
2. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
Gift Cards are non-refundable unless SJCE is canceled or rescheduled.
Refunds for specific amenities (autographs, photo ops, and ancillary programs) are only available if SJCE or the specific guest cancels or reschedules the activity.
No refunds will be issued due to an individual guest’s non-appearance.
Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Gift Cards are non-transferable, except where the original purchaser submits a verified request to SJCE via the email used for the initial purchase.
3. Eligible Uses of Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be used exclusively for:
Admission tickets to SJCE
SJCE official event merchandise
Specific amenities, including autographs, photo ops, and approved event-sponsored activities
Gift Cards cannot be used for:
Food, beverages, or concessions
Retail vendors or artist alley exhibitors at SJCE
Any purchases outside of the designated SJCE show floor
4. Prohibited Conduct and Misuse
Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit.
Gift Cards may not be used for unauthorized third-party transactions, including but not limited to bartering, private resale, or unauthorized vendor transactions.
Unauthorized use of a Gift Card may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Cash Value and Unused Balances
Gift Cards hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any monetary refund.
Unused balances will not be refunded or transferred to another Gift Card.
In accordance with New Jersey law, any remaining balance after expiration is forfeited.
6. Gift Card Holder Responsibilities
A Gift Card is not an entry ticket and must be redeemed for an admission ticket in order to access SJCE.
The Holder is responsible for all applicable taxes or fees associated with any purchases made using a Gift Card.
7. Governing Law and Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning Gift Cards and supersedes all prior representations, whether oral or written.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
8. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, the Holder acknowledges and agrees to all terms set forth in this Agreement.
